GIFT WRAP

 

All of our orders come beautifully packed in our signature boxes, free of charge. 
Complimentary gift packaging is available on all orders - please add a note at checkout. Your gift order will be packed in our signature box in a Susa Jewellery gift bag, tied with ribbon.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

We accept most of the popular credit cards, alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer if you prefer please contact us if you choose the BAC option.
 
DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • We offer free standard delivery for UK & Europe.

  • There will be a fix rate charge for the Next Day delivery.

  • Next-Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland.

  • Delivery times are for in-stock products only. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

  • All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.

 

 

REPAIR & SERVICES

 

We offer a fully comprehensive repairs service. Within the one year warranty period this is free of charge upon receipt of a copy of the proof of purchase. If your jewellery is outside of the warranty period we are still able to offer this service to you for a fee.
